Dine at cafés and restaurants
- Cafes and restaurants and other hospitality venues are now allowed up to 20 patrons per enclosed space or outdoor area. Not all restaurants and cafés will be able to offer a dine in option, and those that are deciding to must still adhere to social distancing directives, including the 4sqm per person rule. Our restaurants, cafes and food courts are also open for takeaway, offering pick-up or home-delivery options. Further information on delivery and takeaway options is available here.
Enjoy beauty services
- Beauty services will now start to reopen. These services include treatments, including but not limited to, waxing, nail and beauty therapy and massage. A maximum of 20 people are allowed in the salons, or physical distancing of one person per 4 square metres, whichever is smaller.
Attend fitness sessions
- Gyms, health clubs, fitness and wellness centres (including yoga, barre, Pilates and spin facilities) can reopen with up to 20 people per enclosed space at one time ensuring they follow physical distancing.
In accordance with the Australian Government directives, cinemas, entertainment venues, kids’ play areas and seating zones for our food courts at Canberra Centre remain temporarily closed.
As an essential service provider, Canberra Centre remains otherwise open and trading, with significantly enhanced measures in place to stop the spread of the virus within our centre. We will continue to provide updates on store changes in real time. A full list of store updates is available here.
