1. Haigh’s Chocolates 
Location: Level 1, near David Jones MAP

Haigh’s Chocolates is Australia’s oldest family-owned chocolate maker. Established in Adelaide in 1915 by Alfred E Haigh, the company is now in its fourth generation of Haigh family ownership. They are committed to the art of premium quality chocolate making from raw cocoa beans.

Our Pick: Milk and Dark Cream Selection – there’s no need to choose your favourite with this scrumptious boxed selection of cream centred chocolates coated in premium milk and dark chocolate. 


2. Gelatissimo

Location: Level 1, outside Apple MAP

Gelatissimo's award-winning gelato is made fresh in store daily. With no artificial colours or flavours, and unique flavours launching regularly it's a must visit spot. 


Our Pick: Gelatissimo’s top selling flavour of 2020 was Cookies and Cream, and with an intensely creamy gelato balanced with crispy chocolate biscuit crumbs we can see why!


3. L'Americano

Location: Ground Level, Bunda Street, above Coco Republic Showroom MAP

L’Americano is the perfect spot for a mid-shopping coffee break or a leisurely lunch. Discover the artisan food heritage of the Italian Riviera at the espresso bar, Campari Bar and modern Italian trattoria restaurant.

Location: Located on Ground Level, Coles Mall MAP  

Top Juice focuses on putting deliciousness into healthy and convient options, to help you feel good throughout a busy day. Selecting the freshest vegetables and the most exotic and mouth- watering fruit from local growers, they create delicious fruit salads, juices, smoothies and meals.

Our Pick: Chocolate Dipped Fruit - The range of chocolate dipped strawberries and other tropical fruit, which is perfect for a sweet mid-morning or afternoon snack.


5.Degrees Bakery 

Location: Ground Level, near Coles MAP

85 Degree Bakery features an in-shop bakery with over 50 varieties of pastries baked fresh hourly. Their gourmet cakes are uniquely crafted by award-winning master chefs.

Our Pick: The Italian Chocolate Mousse Slice Cake, a deliciously fluffy layered chocolate cake, the perfect sweet afternoon tea treat. 

6. Kingpin
Location: Level 1, North Quarter below Dendy MAP

Awarded Canberra’s Favourite Entertainment Venue 2020, Kingpin is the perfect location to enjoy a range of entertainment activities alongside some delicious treats. With a fantastic bar and food menu there are plenty of day and late night food options to choose from. 

Our Pick: The Ferroro Rocher Pizza – Nutella, roasted hazelnuts, vanilla wafers, Ferrero Rocher, topped with vanilla ice-cream, we can’t think of a more perfect dessert pizza option to share with loved ones. 

7. Acai Brothers
Location: Ground Level, Coles Mall MAP

Acai Brothers are renowned for creating delicious, healthy food options. Specialising in acai bowls, coffee, smoothies, raw treats. Their products are vegan friendly, gluten free friendly and refined sugar free.


Our Pick: Choc Treat Yo-self bowl – deliciously chocolatey acai, choc buckinis, a choice of 3x fruits, Coyo organic yogurt, chocolate sauce, cacao nips and raw vegan treats to top it off, what a fantastic combo! 

Location: Bunda Street MAP

Raku offers dishes designed to be shared with friends and family, and a sleek modern design. Raku combines the precision and artfulness of Japanese culinary history, with the vibrant energy of modern Australian dining. 

Our Pick: Japanese Whisky chocolate fondant with sticky miso caramel – This delicate dessert is as pretty as a picture, and served with Nikka ‘from the barrel’ ice-cream. The perfect chocolate dessert to celebrate a special occasion.

INKA offers diners the world’s most cutting edge cuisine, Nikkei Cuisine, which combines the fusion of Japanese recipes and traditions with Peruvian ingredients. INKA’s kitchen is run by Michellin Chef Michael Muir and offers dinners a unique dining experience.

11. Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co
Location: Bunda Street, North Quarter MAP

Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. is a classic burger shack, serving the freshest, mouth-watering burgers around. As with any great burger, it needs a supporting cast and in this case, their house-made frozen custards or “concretes” are the perfect dessert option. 


Our Pick: Rich Brownie Ice cream – Rich and indulgent chocolate creamy custard ice cream, with pieces of brownie cake and swirls of fudge sauce, a delightfully icy dessert!
