The second restaurant to open in the Tiger Lane is Inari, an authentic Japanese restaurant that will pay homage to Japanese 1960s retrofuturism. Taking its namesake from the Japanese god of rice, Inari is the signature restaurant of Tiger Lane’s own ‘Sushi Shaman’, Shaun Presland. The menu deftly explores traditional Japanese dishes fused with modern Australian flavour, centred around the elite of locally sourced seafood.
