Malatang is a traditional Chinese street food where you select your own fresh ingredients to be cooked into a delicious soup. The popular ‘malatang’ dish originated in Sichuan and is similar to what is known as Hot Pot in Northern China. Customising your soup is so easy - Simply pick your basket, add your favourite ingredients, choose your soup flavour, and then weigh and pay and enjoy!
