Guest Services Desk

Canberra Centre’s Guest Services Desk is located on level 1, near OPSM, and open during the following hours.

 

Monday 9am - 5pm*
Tuesday 9.15am - 5pm*
Wednesday - Thursday 9am - 5pm*
Friday 9am - 8:45pm*
Saturday 9am - 4:45pm*
Sunday 10am - 3:45pm*

*Please note, gift cards are available up until 10 minutes prior to closing time each day. Please plan accordingly if you wish to purchase a gift card from the desk.

Gift Cards

The perfect gift every time. A Canberra Centre Gift Card is the ultimate way to keep that someone special spoilt for choice.

Gift Cards can be purchased for any amount between $20 and $500, with a $1.50 issuance fee per card. All gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.

Gift Cards are currently available for purchase from our Guest Services Desk, located on Level 1 near H & M. EFTPOS and credit card payments accepted only.

Free Wi-Fi is available at Canberra Centre. To connect, ensure Wi-Fi on your device is enabled and select the available network profile "Canberra Centre Free WiFi".
