- 45ml grapefruit aperitif, chilled
- 30ml grapefruit juice, chilled
- 75ml prosecco, chilled
- 2 tsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 sprig rosemary
Method
1. Pour the grapefruit aperitif and juice into a champagne coupe.
2. Top up with prosecco and stir briefly.
3. Garnish with pomegranate and rosemary and serve immediately.
