Sensitive Santa runs during special hours on Ground Floor near David Jones, before the centre gets busy. Music is off, lighting is dimmed and the surrounding area is kept calm and quiet.
Your child can take as long as they need. Some families sit nearby and watch, some wave from a distance, some go straight in for a hug - every version is a good one, and our team will follow your lead.
Bookings are essential so we can keep numbers low and give every family the time and space they deserve.
What to expect:
- Sessions every Saturday from November 22 to December 6
- Reduced lighting, no music and a quiet surrounding space
- Longer appointment times with no queueing
- A team briefed and trained to take things at your child’s pace
